Holding 1,000,000 $PACTUM or more makes you a holder. Offers of 10 SOL and up reach holders 10 minutes before anyone else. For that time they are not on the public board, and the desk will not build a transaction for them for a wallet that does not hold.
Follow a coin and the desk sends a web push alert when a new offer for it is posted, during the first look, and when a big bag of it changes hands on the tape.
Not live yet. When $PACTUM launches, this panel reads your wallet's balance from the chain and shows which perks you have. Until then the desk works the same for everyone.
